Christina Ainsworth
Office Manager & Forensic Interviewer
Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology & Master of Science in Applied Sociology. She formerly served as an intern at the District Attorney’s Office, which sparked her interest in investigations of crimes against children. She started working with Hope House December of 2022, and currently assists with administrative duties and conducting forensic interviews with children.
What Christina enjoys most about working with Hope House is having the opportunity to work with brave kids every day. "It is fulfilling to know that we are providing a sense of hope for children of all ages who have been through tough experiences," she says. "I wish people knew that child abuse takes place in all communities and is not exhaustive to certain communities. I hope people begin to understand the effects on children that their actions/inactions have."
Christina has always had a passion for helping others, especially children because they are our future. She is blessed with eight nieces and nephews that she loves dearly, and she strives to be a constant source of encouragement and light in their lives. Outside of work, Christina enjoys the outdoors, traveling and hiking.
